Ken is a business growth and communications leader with proven success in a variety of business sectors including national and regional health systems, retailers and financial institutions. He is an outcomes-minded marketer who brings pivotal, creative and candid counsel to the C-Suite and senior Marketing partners.  He has been an executive consultant to CEO’s, Boards of Directors, and senior Marketing partners helping guide them through constantly evolving marketing and competitive environments. 


As an owner of Endres & Wilson, and as an executive level Marketing officer for The Buntin Group and Lewis Communications, Ken has helped hundreds of clients successfully navigate a variety of business needs by leading them through brand creation, repositioning, and reputation recovery efforts. Scenarios have included business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, new CEO and vision changes, and crisis recovery. He has done this for clients including Trinity Health, Vanderbilt Health, Tractor Supply Company, Publix Super Markets, Ascend Federal Credit Union, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arkansas, MediGold Medicare Advantage, and Cracker Barrel among others. Through this experience, Ken has proven his ability to thoroughly assess the current business situation, identify future growth opportunities, and clearly define a measurable, achievable path forward. This requires not only developing the plan, but helping to convert key stakeholders in the C-Suite, Boards of Directors, and throughout the organization to become advocates of the strategy. 


Ken has a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from University of Florida, and is certified as a Google Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Professional. He has served as President and Board Member of the Nashville American Marketing Association, as well as on the boards of the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere, and the American Advertising Federation in Nashville. His agency, Endres & Wilson was selected as one of the top six regional agencies in the US, and he has served as a strategist and planner on several nationally and regionally awarded marketing campaigns including the Addys, the Effies, The One Show, Graphis, Communication Arts, and Advertising Age.
