Presentation of initial discovery findings.

Audit of Competitor brand positioning and messaging.

Audit of existing marketing research and previous brand plans.

Audit of existing brand messaging, especially websites, social channels, environmental, advertising and internal positioning.

Briefings with key team members to clearly understand current situation, needs and desired outcomes.

The BrandSource Group will create a strategic insights brief and begin to explore several potential approaches to a new (or refined) brand positioning. These approaches will be filtered down to a few (3-5) potential brand positions.

The potential brand positions will be shared with the client team and further refined/revised to yield several viable options.

We will then test the potential options with your target audiences to determine which of the positions has the most salient and believable message.

Once a position has been tested and proven, The BrandSource Group will then build out a brand strategy providing guidance on how to leverage the brand effectively, identify the best platforms for messaging the brand, a brand standards guide, and a brand campaign concept that illustrates how the brand message can be told through various media platforms. We will also provide an internal launch plan as part of the strategy so that your associates will fully understand the new brand message.

The final brand strategy is put into presentation form and will be presented to key stakeholders.
